A model cel from the Nepenthe Studios animated cult classic "Watership Down" (1978). Featuring the Hutch Rabbits and Clover, the hand-painted reference cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The model cel is a reference tool used by animators and the ink and paint department to ensure character consistency. Measuring 10.5”x13” overall, with the character image measuring 2”x5”, the model cel is in good condition with heavy damage to celluloid, including large chunks missing from left and right edges, the bottom left corner as been broken away, and there is minor handling related creases and marks throughout.
