This is an unpainted model cel from the Filmation Studios production of Star Trek: The Animated Series (1973-1974). This cel features Kirk, Sulu, Dr. McCoy, and Spock and was created at the studio to be used as reference. These model cels are usually painted and used as reference for the proper colors of the characters and their costumes, but this one remains unpainted, possibly used as a relative size reference. The overall measurements of the piece are 10.5" x 12.5" and the image itself measures 7.5" x 10".
