An incredible and unique retirement gift created by the WED / MAPO department of Disney for an employee leaving the Imagineering company. Featuring an adorable 3D relief of Mickey Mouse in his signature pose, with text that reads "Thank You John." Measuring 17"x17" and 3" thick, the piece is in very good condition with minimal handling wear. The back of the plaque has a simple hanging system so that the piece can be hung on a wall, but it is VERY heavy, weighing over 20 pounds!
