This is an original oversized French release movie poster for Walt Disney Studios feature film, The Jungle Book. This poster was created with the original release in France, in 1967, and features the French variant to the name, Le Livre de la Jungle. The poser features a stunning image with Baloo, Mowgli, King Louie, Bagheera, Kaa, Flunkey, and Shere Khan. Being an internation release, the measurements of the poster are not standard to US film advertising, but are the standards for a French Grande poster, measuring 63"x 47" overall with the imagery taking up the majority of the The poster is in very good for its age with 3 vertical 3 horizontal folds from the initial distribution and storage of the poster, and there is the typical wear on fold points. The film's name is also written in pencil on the back side of one of the folds.
