This is a progression of six (6) original production cels from the Filmation Studios production of The New Adventures of Superman (1966-1970). These cels feature Superman flying and were created at the studio and used during the production of an episode in the series. The cels are stock cels that would have been used for multiple scenes, likely in multiple episodes of the series, and they have been paired with a hand painted production background that is from the 1977 Filmation series, The Space Sentinels. The overall measurements of the piece are 13.75" x 41.5" framed and the image itself measures 9" x 36.5" in the mat opening. The pieces are in excellent condition.
