Captain Caveman Model Cel - ID: jancaveman2593

An original model cel from the Hanna Barbera animated series, "The Flintstones Comedy Show"(1980-1981). Featuring an image of Crypto, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process of the "Captain Caveman" segment of the series. Model cels are created during the animation process in the same manner as screen shot production cels, but are used for reference by the animators and ink and paint department to ensure consistent character design and color usage for characters. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character images measuring 8.5"x10.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor handling wear.
