A Disneyland Resort 34th Anniversary ribbon from 1989. Featuring the Sleeping Beauty Castle icon amidst a very 1980s pattern and the commemorative text, cast members would usually attach the ribbon to the backside of their employee name badge. Measuring 6.25"x2" overall, the ribbon is in very good condition with handling wear and a small pink stain above the word "today".
