A metal pin awarded to cast members who reach 5 years of service with the Disney Company. The design is the older version of the commemorative 5 Year Bronze Service Award Pin, retired in 2001 and replaced from that point on with an image of Pluto. This pin is oval-shaped, and has an embossed number 5 underneath the image of Donald Duck. Measuring about 0.5”x0.75”, the pin is in very good condition.
