Coming!! Snafu Recreated Drawing - ID: novsnafu21083

A pair of recreated drawings from the Warner Bros. Studios WWII propaganda film Coming!! Snafu (1956), the first film of the Private Snafu series. The first image features Private Snafu as he stares into an artillery cannon, while the second image shows Snafu from the following scene lounging in a tank. The drawings were created and signed by famous animator Darrell Van Citters. The pieces are a recreation of two actual frames from the short film that were commissioned through the studio's art program. With each measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall and with the character image measuring 6.5"x4" and 1"x2" respectively, the drawings are in fine condition with light edge wear. The bottom right corner has been embossed with a Clampett Studio Collections gold stamp.
