This is an original Certificate from the United States Treasury War Finance Committee issued in 1940s. This historic document was printed by the U.S. Government Printing Office in 1944 and is bordered by multi colored Disney characters. The bond has a name stamped to denote who it was bought for, and was presented by "The Old Man." The war bond measures 8" x 10" and is in very good condition with light edge wear.
