This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production of Peter Pan (1953). Featuring a stunning full figure image of Peter, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the production of the film. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. Disney Legends, and two of the Nine Old Men, Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston have hand-signed the cel just below Peter's image. Measuring 17.5"x16.5" framed with the mat opening measuring 9.25"x8.25", and Peter's image measuring 8"x2.5", the cel is in very fine condition unexamined out of frame. The cel is likely trimmed behind the matting, as evidenced by the size of the frame.
