This is a limited edition maquette from the Walt Disney Studios feature film, Pocahontas (1995). This limited edition piece is a cast from the sculpt of the original production maquette that was used as a reference tool by the animators during the production of the film. This maquette features Pocahontas in an iconic pose, looking into the distance with hair blowing in the wind. The maquette is constructed of archival-quality cast resin and hand-painted at the Walt Disney Studios Ink and Paint Department. The entire maquette measures 11.5" x 6" x 5.25", and is number 102 from and edition of 500. This maquette is in excellent condition, and comes with the original certificate of authenticity.
