1980s Disney Dollars Sign - ID: octdisneyland18904

This is an original sign for the Disneyland and WDW theme parks "Disney Dollars" program. The sign is a cream colored acrylic with the imagery of the Disney Dollars printed separately, cut out and applied to the acrylic. All of the text on the sign and the drop shadow behind the dollars is silk-screened onto the sign. The sign was made in the 1980s as a replacement sign, as these would be switched out for park use when the active signs would get damaged or faded. It is likely that this particular sign was never actually put up in the park. This piece measures 10" x 20.5" and is 0.25" thick and is in very good condition.
