This is a pair of original production cels from the Walt Disney Studios production of Peter Pan (1953). These hand-painted cels feature Peter Pan and Tiger Lily as they dance together on top of the Native American drum, and was created at the studio and used during the production of the film, representing actual frames of animation that were photographed and appear in the film. The two characters are both from the same sequence, but their individual images are from a few frames apart (as seen in the reference images). The overall measurements of the trimmed animation cels are 8.25" x 7" and the images measure 5" x 2" for Tiger Lily and 5.25" x 3" for Peter Pan. The cels are in good condition with some minor paint lifting in the feathers of Peter's headdress (which we can have professionally restored), and we have also paired the cels with a color printed reproduction background to make a stunning setup. The last two images shown are screen grabs from the scene these cels were used to create, they are shown for reference and are not physical prints included with the cels.
