This is an original production cel from the Warner Bros. Studios production Pepe Le Pew (1945-present). This hand-painted cel features Daffy Duck wearing a gas mask to protect his nose from Pepe's skunk smell as they talk. It was created at the studio and used during production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. The characters are on their own separate cel layers and are paired with a hand-painted custom reproduction background. The overall measurements of the piece are 12.5" x 10.5" and the image itself measures 7.5" x 7.5". The cel is in very good condition with slightly curled edges and canvas archival tape used to attach the cels to the background.
