This is an original production background from the Walt Disney Studios production of Donald in Mathmagic Land (1959). This hand-painted background features a very stylistic oval swirl vortex (with a cel overlay layer with the oval line work on it), and was created at the studio and used during the production of the Donald Duck educational short. Each scene in an animated film will have only one background, making them more rare and hard to find. The overall measurements of the piece are 12.5" x 15.5" and the image itself measures 11.5" x 15.5". The background is in great condition.
