An original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios animated short Donald and the Wheel (1961). Featuring Donald Duck dressed as a cave-duck and his pet mammoth, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece was sold through Disneyland's Art Corner and the cels were paired together by the shop, even though each individual cel is from a different scene. Measuring 12"x14" overall, with a mat opening of 8"x10", and with the character image measuring 6"x8", the hand-painted cel is in fine condition with light rippling in the image. The cel was also paired with a color copy reproduction background when it was prepared for the Disneyland Art Corner.
