A photostat model sheet from the Walt Disney Studios animated film The Army Mascot (1942). Featuring the construction designs for Gunther Goat and his size comparison to Pluto, the model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Model sheets were printed at the studio and distributed to the animators to ensure consistent character design. Measuring 11”x14” overall, with the character image measuring 10.5”x12.5”, the model sheet is in very good condition with light discoloration, edge and corner wear, staining areas along the left side, and minor rippling.
