A photostat model sheet from the Disney Studios animated film "The Great Mouse Detective" (1986). Featuring several fabulous illustrations of the fiendish Ratigan in different poses and expressions, the photostat model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process to ensure character consistency among animators. Measuring 16"x20" overall, with the character image area measuring 14"x18.5", the sheet is in very good condition with paper discoloration, several pin holes throughout, a vertical crease down the center of the page, and edge wear, including a small tear at the middle center of the sheet from studio use and storage.
