“Peter Pan” Nana Production Cel (1953) - ID: jul26142

A production cel from the Walt Disney Studios animated film "Peter Pan" (1953). Featuring Nana holding some children’s alphabet blocks, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. Measuring 12.25”x16.5” framed with mat opening measuring 4.75”x9”, and the character image measuring 4.5”x8”, the cel is in very good condition, unexamined outside of the frame. The cel exhibits some paint cracking along the bonnet, some lighter areas of paint lifting, minor rippling, the cel is paired with a color printed reproduction background, and there is light wear to frame.
