A background color key concept from the MTV Studios animated film “Beavis and Butthead Do America” (1996). Featuring an alternate color suggestion for the exterior of Tom Anderson’s house with his camper parked in the driveway, the concept painting was created at the studio and used during the film’s development process. Color keys are used to finalize the layout, color, and style of a scene in a film. Tom Anderson is one of the main inspirations for the iconic character Hank Hill, and has even been suggested to be Hank’s true father. Measuring 7”x9.25” overall, with the image area measuring 5.75”x8”, the concept art is in very good condition with light edge wear and a blank protective cel layer taped along the top edge.
