A limited edition aluminum statue of the feisty Donald Duck. The sculpture was originally available only at the now defunct Disneyana shop on Main Street U.S.A at the Disneyland Resort in the 1970's. Created by Disney Legend Blaine Gibson, the statue is from an edition of only 200 pieces. Gibson began his career at Disney in the Animation department and continued to work on several Audio-Animatronics seen at the Disneyland Resort. Most notably Gibson sculpted the iconic "Partners" statue located at the hub of the Disneyland Resort. Measuring 4.25"x3.75" and 7.25" tall the statue is in very good condition with minor tarnishing throughout. Donald stands atop a wood base that is only for presentation purposes, but did not originally come with the piece.
