This is an original production drawing from the Walt Disney Studios production of The LIttle Mermaid (1989). This rough drawing features Flounder swimming and was created at the studio and used during the production of the film. The overall measurements of the piece are 12.5" x 17" and the image itself measures 5.25" x 3.5". The lead animators for Flounder were Barry Temple and Dave Pruiskma, and it is likely that one of them two of these animators created this drawing. The drawing is in good condition with some staining/discoloration along the right and top edges.
