This is an extremely rare original production cel of Sergeant Blast and Private Meekly in the Surplus Six from Wacky Racers (1968). The cel was most likely part of a pan cel and has been trimmed to 10" x 12.5" and the image measures 4.5" x 5". There is a crease in the cel to the left of the image, but the image is not effected. The image is on the left side of the cel. A complimentary color copy background is available for this cel.
