A fantastic early design sketch from the "Yippee, Yappee, and Yahooey" segment of "The Peter Potamus Show" (1964-1965). Featuring a loose but fascinating illustration of the titular characters accomplished in graphite on a discarded "The Flintstones" layout, the drawing was created at the studio by Ed Benedict, and used during the early development process. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 9"x8", the drawing is in very good condition with minor page discoloration and graphite smudging.
