A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Wolverine hiding in a tree and watching Alpha Flight, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and is seen at about 4:59 in the season two episode "Repo Man." In the episode, most of his image is obscured by a tree branch overlay. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 9”x9.75", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, light line fade, and paper stuck to the reverse from storage and production use. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for presentation purposes.
