X-Men “The Dark Phoenix, Pt 3: The Dark Phoenix” Production Cel (1994) - ID: jul25007

A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Wolverine and Jean Grey as the X-Men struggle to control the Dark Phoenix, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and is seen at about 15:07 in the season three episode "The Dark Phoenix, Pt 3: The Dark Phoenix." Measuring 9"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 4.75"x7.75", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, slight line wear, and backing paper stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio use and storage. The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background for presentation purposes.
