A production drawing from the Walt Disney Studios animated Mickey Mouse short “The Mad Doctor” (1933). Featuring the earlier 1930s design of Mickey Mouse looking rather surprised, the graphite drawing was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Measuring 9.5”x12” overall, with the character image measuring 3.25”x3.25”, the drawing is in very good condition with minor wear from age and handling including discoloration and edge and corner wear throughout.
