A production cel from the Walt Disney Studios animated film “Winne the Pooh and the Blustery Day” (1968). Featuring Piglet stranded on his floating chair, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. Measuring 12.5”x16” overall, with the character image measuring 3.5”x4”, the cel is in very good condition with light minimal surface and edge wear.
