Featuring Wolverine cautiously exploring with his claws ready for a fight, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season two episode "Out of the Past, Part 1," which aired on August 5, 1994. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall with the character image measuring 8.25"x4.75", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, light line fade, and paper stuck to the reverse from storage and production use. The cel has been paired to a reproduction color copy background for presentation purposes.
