A production cel from the Disney Studios animated film "The Great Mouse Detective" (1986). Featuring Hiram Flaversham stunned as he's threatened by Ratigan, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 5.5"x3", the cel is in very good condition with paint residue on the bottom left corner and is paired with a reproduction color copy background for display purposes.
