Smurfs Ladder Production Background (1980s) - ID: mar23475

A production background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series "The Smurfs" (1981-1989). Featuring the top of a wooden ladder set amongst an obstacle, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears likely in an episode from 1984 based on the production numbers. Measuring 10.5"x13.5" overall, the background is in very good condition with minor wear due to age and handling.
