A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Shard holding back Bishop from fighting Wolverine in an alternate timeline, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season four episode "One Man's Worth, Part 1," which aired on September 9, 1995. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x8.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor scratches, light surface wear, minimal line fade, and paper backing stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio use and storage. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background for display purposes.
