A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Wolverine preparing to fight with Talos, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season four episode "Weapon X, Lies and Videotape," which aired on June 11, 1995. Measuring 9"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 5.5"x5.25", the cel is in very good condition with minor scratches, surface wear, light line fade, production-related tape to the top corners, and slight paper transfer stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio storage. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for display purposes.
