X-Men "Captive Hearts" Wolverine & Gambit Production Cel (1993) - ID: mar24130

A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring a great image of Gambit and Wolverine just before they are trapped by one of the Morlocks, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season one episode "Captive Hearts," which aired on January 30, 1993. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x7.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, slight line wear, and backing paper stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio use and storage. The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background for presentation purposes.
