An original production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series, "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring a powerfully ominous image of Magneto, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode titled "Sanctuary Part 1," which aired on October 21, 1995. Measuring 10.75"x14.5" overall, with the character image measuring 8"x11.75", the cel is in very good condition with very minor paper residue on some of Magneto under his chin as well as minor smudging and crinkling. The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background for display purposes.
