An original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios feature film The Sword in the Stone (1963). Featuring Wart draped in the oversized king's robe, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. Measuring 11"x14" matted with a mat opening of 8"x10", and with a character image measuring 6"x5.75", the cel is in very good condition with some rippling as is visible in the scan. The cel was originally prepared for distribution at the Disneyland Art Corner and is accompanied by the original matting, official Art Corner Gold seal, and mismatched printed reproduction background as it was originally prepared.
