An original production cel from the Don Bluth Studios animated film All Dogs Go to Heaven (1989). Featuring Charlie appearing very disgusted, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the production of the film. Measuring 10.5" x 12.5" overall with the image itself measuring 7" x 9.5", the cel is in fine condition with minimal line wears.
