An original production cel from the Don Bluth Studios animated film All Dogs Go to Heaven (1989). Featuring Anne-Marie and Charlie B. Barkin talking just before Charlie goes to Heaven, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the movie. Measuring 13.5"x16.5" overall and with the character image measuring 11.5"x13.5", the hand-painted cel is in fine condition and is paired with a rough sketch of the layout for the same scene's background.
