Featuring Oliver walking by old Louie the sausage vendor, the production cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the movie. Measuring 14.25"x19.25" framed with a mat opening of 9"x14", and with the image area measuring 8"x14", the production cel is in very good condition.
