Pair of Song of the South Limited Edition Hand-Painted Cel - ID: augsouth20455

This is a pair original hand-painted limited edition cels featuring imagery from the Walt Disney Studios animated film Song of the South (1946). The cels are from two scenes, with the first featuring Br'er Rabbit offended by the Tar Baby, and the second featuring Br'er Rabbit leading Br'er Bear and Br'er Fox to the laughing place. The cels were created in 1986, and both are #300 from an edition of 350. Each piece measures 18"x22" matted with a mat opening of 11"x15" and an image area of about 7”x10” on each cel. The cels are in very good condition.
