Featuring Basil,Dr. Dawson, and Olivia Flaversham riding on Toby's back, the production cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the movie. Measuring 18"x22" framed with the mat opening measuring 10"x14", and with the image area measuring 4"x5.75", the production cel is in very good condition with unexamined out of frame, and is paired with a printed reproduction background.
