This is an original limited edition sericel from the Walt Disney Studios short Thru the mirror (1936). This sericel is titled "Proud as a Peacock" and features Mickey fanning some playing cards behind him in the shape of a peacock's tail. The edition size was 5,000 along with 500 publisher's proofs for a total of 5,500 sericels. The piece measures 16" x 19" matted with a mat opening of 10" x 13" and the image itself measuring 7" x 8". This piece is in excellent condition and comes with the original certificate of authenticity.
