This hand-painted production background features a metropolitan city skyline that is accomplished with identical building imagery on the background and cel layer. It was created at the studio and used during production. The overall measurements of the piece are 12.5" x 15.5" and the image measures 11.5" x 15.5". The production background is in very good condition with some rippling in the cel layer.
