This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios shorts Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day (1968). The cel features Owl trying to calm Pooh and Piglet down, "My good fellow, I wouldn't go so far as to call it a Windsday, just a gentle spring zephyr." The cel measures 12.5" x 16" and the image measuring 7.5" x 6.5". The cel is in good condition with a horizontal crease across the top edge as well as some rippling in the cel.
