An original publicity cel from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series "The Mumbly Cartoon Show" (1976-1977). Featuring an adorable image of Mumbly in a broken down vehicle, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio in the late 1970's to be used for marketing and promotion, as an executive gift, or to develop merchandise. Measuring 10"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 3.5"x6.5", the publicity cel is in very good condition with light line wear and a piece of tape stuck on top edge.
