This is an original production cel from a commercial for Merchants Bank. This production cel features some cute frogs in bowties carrying canes and hopping away. The cel comes with an airbrushed background and matching production drawing. It was created at the studio and used during production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the advertisement.
