An original production cel from the Warner Bros. Studios animated anthology film, "Daffy Duck's Fantastic Island" (1983). Featuring Daffy Duck wearing a gas mask in order to protect his nose from Pepe's skunk smell as they talk, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. The characters are on their own separate cel layers and are paired with a hand-painted custom reproduction background. Measuring 12.5"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7.5"x7.5", the cel is in very good condition with slightly curled edges. Canvas archival tape has been used to attach the cels to the background.
