This is an extremely rare original production cel and background from the TVC London Studios production The Snowman (1982). This setup features James and the Snowman playing amidst the snowy outdoors. The cel and background are from different scenes in the film, but both pieces were created at the studio and used during production. The overall measurements of the piece are 10.5" x 12.5" and the image itself measures 9.25" x 13". This film was stylized to resemble the illustrations from the award winning 1978 children's book by Raymond Briggs. The cel is in excellent condition.
