This is a painted resin figurine from the Walt Disney's Classics Collection titled Goofy's Train. Goofy's Train was originally released by the WDCC program in 1998 and depicts Goofy's Train from the Main Street Electrical Parade. The figure is battery powered (will need new AA batteries, not included) and lights up the clear resin statue behind elements that are not painted to be opaque. This piece measures 6.5" x 8" x 4" and is in very good condition and comes in its original box.
